Thanks to the expert work of our experienced machine operators and programmers, and our ongoing investment in new equipment, our workshop has a reputation for generating products of exceptional quality.

Within the workshop, we use manual and CNC machines depending on the job. A variety of different spindle configurations are used for both turning and milling.

By using the latest tools and machines, we are able to pass on significant cost savings to our customers – particularly for the machining of medium to large mechanical components.

The maximum machining capacities are: 

• Maximum turning diameter – 4500mm 
• Maximum turning length (between centres) – 5000mm 
• Maximum milling length (on table) – 12000mm 
• Maximum milling width – 2500mm 
• Maximum milling height – 4000mm
