Backed by the technical know-how of our gear cutting and grinding division, we offer comprehensive gear checking services – using our precise Coordinate Measuring Machine and our Höfler Gear Metrology Machine.

This is particularly important when rebuilding gearboxes, to ensure that the gears meet factory specifications or to make allowances for wear that has occurred.

We have the ability to profile grind worn gears to precalculated modified tooth profiles and manufacture new modified pinions to suit – thus getting more life from your large and expensive components.
