Mechanical precision is at the crux of what we do. Our co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) is world-class and guarantees the quality of our work.

Our experienced engineers use the CMM to ensure your exact requirements are met. With full CNC control and digitising ability, the CMM measures the co-ordinates of surface elements on the parts we produce to guarantee accuracy.

Contained in a strict climate controlled room, our CMM allows us to measure to a tolerance of 7 microns (0.007mm), within a working envelope of 700mm x 900mm x 1200mm. 

The CMM can measure every dimension of an industrial part, including:
